SeaTech Provides 30 Day Money-Back Guraunty For All Shared Hosting Services
Refund requests for shared hosting services are accepted within 30 days of the order and without cause from existing SeaTech Customers via written notice only through our Clients portal "https://clients.seatechbd.com" or through email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Such cancellation or refund request takes effect within the same day of submission.
SeaTech will contact the Customer within three (3) business days in case of any refund is applicable at SeaTech’s discretion due to prepaid services not performed and SeaTech will contact the Customer via the ticket system account portal.
Refunds can be made via PayPal, offline. Customer is responsible for all charges incurred as a result of any refund transaction including but not limited, to bank charges, exchange charges and similar fees.
For the avoidance of doubt, no specific reason is required for a cancellation/refund request, though we will always ask you the reason for such request.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to make sure SeaTech has an accurate e-mail address and billing information on file, so the information and refund confirmation can reach you.
